After the order confirmation, we ship the in-stock items to the delivery address you provided in attractive packaging. The delivery time for in-stock products is 2-4 business days for economy shipping and 1-2 business days for priority shipping. For products that we offer in collaboration with our suppliers, there may be slightly longer delivery times. Please check the delivery period on the product pages to know when you can expect your order.

When ordering a combination of immediately available products and items with an extended delivery time, the shipping of the available goods is carried out immediately. The other products will be sent to you within the previously communicated delivery period, without additional shipping costs..

Items purchased on our website can be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and accompanied by the delivery slip, within 14 calendar days. To request a return, please fill out the return form, and we will contact you within 48 hours. Returns are at the cost and risk of the customer. A payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 10 business days, provided that the goods have already arrived with us or the customer can prove the shipment.
